Feeling stretched thin or stuck in patterns that no longer fit? I help high-performing professionals, creatives, veterans, and young adults slow down, get clear, and reconnect with what matters most. Therapy isn’t about something being wrong, it's about choosing to evolve.
I’m Dr. Hannah Zimmerman, a psychotherapist specializing in ACT, CBT, trauma therapy, and emotional regulation. Since 2018, I’ve supported clients in rewriting unhelpful narratives and building meaningful, grounded lives.
